The modelpage is the heart of the SKODA plattform. The user can get detailed informations about every car and experience its features through various interactive elements. The task was to create a master pattern for the SKODA Octavia that can be adapted for all international markets and all models of SKODA.
I was part of the project in the complete development process. My responsibilities where the definition of target groups, market analysis, rough concept and the detailed concept.
Every model runs through different stages in its lifecycle. In each stage there are different target groups with different expactations and needs. We developed an own persona for every stage of the lifecycle. We collected the informations about the persona through interviews with the importers of the different international markets.
Based on the user needs, we developed a content plan, that defines which content should visible in which stage of the model lifecycle.
The modelpage is a very complex page that has to be adjustable for every model in every marekt in every phase of the model lifecycle. We developed a highly flexbile and extendable modulbased solution system that allows each markets to build up the modelpage individually for their needs.
